Finding Your Bundle

Sometimes people book a wholistic session, not really believing, but hoping that it will 'fix them', that they will get up after the session a changed person, no longer tied to the ways of being that led them to the table in the first place. Sometimes, all we need is that check-in point, time to sit back and take stock of where we're at so we can move forward in a good way. But more often than not, we don't need a session, we need to make space for deep shifts to allow us to come back to ourselves.

That kind of change, that healing, doesn't happen in an hour. It happens in consistently showing up and doing the work. That's why I created these bundles.

Each bundle carries a path forward. An intention. A commitment to give yourself the space you need to create real change. Change that you can feel, that you can see in the way you walk through this world. Change that allows you to keep becoming more of who you are.

There are 4 entry points...

  1. The Reset

For those who are ready to start, but don't know how. The Reset invites the mind to take a step back so the body can show up in all of its wisdom.

The first step in any healing journey is remembering how to feel. Our minds are marvelous beings that take their job very seriously, they protect us at all costs. They protect us from all of the teachers that are sending us signals - pain, fear, curiosity, pleasure, joy - because these teachers carry knowledge that could change the way we see, the way we act, the way we move through the world. Our minds would rather us stay right here, exactly as we are, than risk the loss of the way we know things to be; our home, our community, our habits.

When we live out of our minds, we close ourselves off to our innate wisdom, to the knowledge that our bodies hold, to our spirit, to the messages that our teachers carry.

Through the Reset, we honour the mind for having kept us safe and intentionally connect and rebuild trust with our bodies.

Intention: To see.

  1. Finding Balance

For those who have just been through a big shift, awakened a new way of being and are ready for these shifts to settle and integrate. Finding Balance creates a practice of intentional time and space to allow your new balance to take shape.

True meaningful change is a practice. Even folks who have been doing the work for a long time, still need to check in, still go through shifts and times of readjustment. Finding your balance is not something you will go through once. Finding your balance is part of the cycles of life, a practice of realignment to keep you on the Red Road, on your path.

Through Finding Balance, you're invited to lean into new ways of being that keep you in alignment with you Spirit, your true balance.

Intention: To practice.

  1. Shedding

For those whose life no longer fits them, who are stuck, who are hurting, who need help. Shedding is the way through when there is no way out.

At times, we have been out of alignment with our spirits so deeply for so long that our minds, our bodies, and our hearts ache. In this state, we cannot see the path forward, all we know is that we want the pain to stop. This is a crucial point to seek help. When we know that we cannot carry on this way, when we're willing to leave it all behind, to do whatever it takes, it's time to shed what no longer fits. But you don't have to do it alone.

When there is nowhere left to go, nowhere left to hide, it is time to Shed. Shedding is hope; hope that there is peace, that there is joy, that we are capable of making a new life for ourselves, a good life. Shedding is trusting that we are sacred and that we have access to everything we need.

Intention: To live.

  1. 13 Moons of Transformation

For those who are committed to walking the Red Road, knowing it means they will have to allow pieces of themselves to die in order to make space for their becoming. 13 Moons of Transformation is the intentional choice to step away from what is no longer in alignment with your spirit.

The Red Road is unique to each of us, no two walking the same path. Not everyone will feel called to walk with Spirit, but for those who do, we often find ourselves not remembering how to honour and maintain our connection to Spirit, to all of our relations. Each of us at times needs a guide, a teacher, a mentor, to pass along the practices that we may have forgotten, but our Spirits have been yearning for. This commitment to the Red Road is not for everyone, but for those who feel called to this path, who are dedicated and willing to become who their Spirit is calling them to be.

A lot can happen through the full cycle of the 13 moons. For many of us, who we were a year ago would not recognize who we are now. That is the transformation that the 13 Moons invites.

Intention: To become.

Through whichever point you enter, there is always choice in where the path will take you.

All my relations,

Ryan <3
