Each of these blends are crafted with intention and love and are meant to be multi-use! A little goes a long way, often a few teaspoons is all you need.

They work as:

  • cold or hot tea
  • facial steam
  • herbal bath
  • yoni or pelvic steaming
  • added to beauty treatments, foot soaks etc. Even works as a natural drawer/ bag refresher!

Pelvic/yoni steaming cleanses the pelvic system, encourages tissue health and reduces menstrual symptoms like bloating, cramping, pain and tension.

*Steaming is meant to be done before your moon time, or after, never during active menstruation, or when pregnant, or trying to conceive.
