A triad of calming, stress reducing herbs. Peppermint for digestion and calming effects, lemon balm to improve mood and encourage relaxation and passionflower to ease stress and anxiety. Together they gently soothe the nervous system and encourage rest, sleep and relaxation.

A little goes a long way, often 1-2 teaspoons is all you need, start small and work up to about 1 tablespoon if needed. Bring water to a light boil and steep the tea for about 10 minutes.

Good to drink in the evening to support sleep, and during the day to ease anxiety or stress.
